Anxiety and Panic Disorders
Hypnotherapy and NLP coaching techniques are very effective for the treatment and alleviation of a variety of physical and psychological symptoms. Hypnosis allows you to experience deep levels of relaxation and helps to train your brain to relax more. This in turn helps to reduce levels of stress and anxiety. When you are in panic or anxious mode the body ‘flight and fight’ alarm system is turned on which creates extra adrenaline pumping around the body.
This creates all sort of uncomfortable sensations in your mind and body. I use hypnosis alongside other behavioural therapies such as ‘systematic desensitisation and CBT counselling techniques’ to help the body to return to its rest and repair state. This type of therapy works by helping you to create a very relaxed state and then reimagine yourself coping more effectively with your anxieties. This helps the subconscious brain to change perceptions and to relax more easily. Hypnosis can be more effective than any other treatment.
